STORAGE
Frozen: Store product at -18C (0F) for a maximum of 12 months

Preparation Instructions (from frozen)
Microwave:
1. Place frozen omelette onto a plate and cover
2. Set microwave on high, for 1 minute per omelette. Please ensure the omelette is warmed through to the center.
