Egg (65%), Water, Tapioca Starch, Non-Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Palm, Fruit), Baking Powder [Acid Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate,Anti-caking Agent and Starch] and Milk Powder [Whey Powder, Non Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Palm, Fruit), Glucose, Skimmed Milk Powder, Lactic Casein, Emulsifier (E481), Acidity Regulator (E524), Stabilizer (E452), Flavour, Vitamins (A, B2 and D)].

STORAGE

Frozen: Store product at -18C (0F) for a maximum of 12 months

Refrigerated: Store product at 4C (39F) for a maximum of 6 days

Preparation Instructions (from frozen)

Microwave: 

1. Place frozen omelette onto a plate and cover

2. Set microwave on high, for 1 minute per omelette. Please ensure the omelette is warmed through to the center.
